_{Here is my full process. I am proud to be an artist that is with you every step of the way.}^{❖ - 1. A complete Commission Form is submitted.
❖ - 2. I will provide a free price quote with an estimated date of completion. Please allow up to three business days for a response.
❖ - 3. Once price is agreed upon, a PayPal or Stripe invoice will be emailed to you. Commissioner can choose full payment upfront or a 50/50 payment plan (50% at start, 50% when finished).
❖ - 4. Work begins as soon as payment is received. Commissioner will receive periodic updates and WIPs (Works-In-Progress).
❖ - 5. Average turnaround time is 3 to 14 business days. Special themes, multi-slot YCHs, and limited edition may take up to 21 business days to complete.
❖ - 6. In the incredibly rare event that a commission can't be completed on time, the commissioner will receive a full refund (minus taxes) as well as a copy of what I've completed.
❖ - 7. Commissioner may ask for alterations/fixes during the sketch phase, but no changes will be allowed in the ink or render stages unless I have made a mistake.
❖ - 8. The final piece will be delivered digitally, as-is, unless there is a technical issue with the file.}

I may also edit, redistribute, print, or otherwise sell the art as merchandise.» - You may re-upload, crop, edit, or remix the commission as long as credit remains somewhere on the same page. You also have the right to create non-commercial (personal/not for profit) merchandise of the commission.» - You may not use the commission for commercial reasons. That is, you cannot make money off my art by selling prints or merchandise or similar. You may not use the art to train AI. You may not sell the art as NFTs. Exception: A character can be sold with bundled art.» - Refunds are typically not offered after the sketch phase is completed and approved. You agree to accept the completed art as-is unless there is a technical issue with the file. Great for budget buys, quick turnaround, and to get an idea visualized. Good starting point to get your character figured out.Ink & Flats: Medium amounts of refinement. Comes with ink (lineart) and flat colors. Does not come with shading. Has pleasant color gradients to make up for lack of shadows. Great for stickers, budget, medium turnaround time.Full Render: Fully finished art piece. May or may not come with lineart or ink depending on the commission or YCH. Full colors, full shadows, a nice blended semi-realism piece. Great for badges, half-body, and full-body commissions. Medium-high turnaround time.Reference Sheet: A large resolution piece to show off every unique aspect and detail of your character. (While possible to do, text-only characters will take additional time to create and so will incur extra fees ["Complex"]; the same for overly detailed characters.) Long turnaround time.Simple and Transparent Backgrounds: Quick and gentle backgrounds.
